Do you provide proofs? Yes! All engraving orders will get a proof sent to their email on file before the item gets engraved. If something looks off, let us know and we'll amend the proof. All engraving orders require approval after we provide the proof in order to make sure you get exactly what you are expecting.
How do you identify which items are engravable? Any items that are engravable will have an optional checkbox to add engraving.
How many characters can an Engravable Item fit? Items fit varying amounts of characters. Check the item's description to find how many characters your particular Engravable Item can fit.
What if I want to fit more characters than the item fits? Call us or email us to find out what your options are. Some urns have more flexibility on characters than others.
Can you engrave artwork? We have a library of line art that we offer. See your options below. We also have a wider library for certain items. If you don't see what you are looking for, contact us and we may have something that will work! One artwork is included in the engraving costs for large/adult size urns. Artwork does not fit on keepsakes or heart keepsakes.
Do you do custom engraving? Yes! For an additional fee we are happy to engrave custom work.
