Your invoice or payment receipt will include tracking information for all of your items. You will receive an invoice or payment receipt once your order fully ships. If your order has been split into multiple shipments, you will receive your invoice or payment receipt once all items ship. 

To change or cancel an order, please contact us directly via email at service@urnsofdistinction.com or by phone at 800-400-8767. We are unable to change or cancel orders that have already been sent for shipping, and therefore cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel orders. We will always do our best to work with our customers on a situation by situation basis. You can always return any unwanted items for a full refund minus shipping.

Contact us to track your order, or if you have received your invoice or payment receipt, you can copy and paste the tracking number(s) into a search engine.

No, we are wholesale only, so our customers do not pay sales tax.

If your account terms are Due on Receipt, your credit card will be charged prior to shipment of your item(s). If your account terms are Net 30, your credit card will not be charged and an invoice for payment will be sent to you.

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand".
